Firmware v1.1 update includes:

• Loop Decay (secondary control): added overdub feedback.

• Filter REZ (secondary control): added low-pass resonance.

• Added new navigation to Expression Assign and Global Settings.

• Deeper high-pass: high-pass now cuts to 400 Hz with volume makeup.

• Delete-to-record fix: after loop is deleted, loop and LED status reset quicker.

• Trigger-mode fix: a lingering stop now clears when you switch to trigger mode.

• General code clean up: fade and pitch code cleanup and dead-code removal.

• Control footswitch: tap for stop or trigger, hold for secondary controls.

• One-and-done loops: Loop Decay full left plays the loop once and deletes it.

• Stereo mode: now set in Global Settings. The old footswitch gesture is gone.

• Expression Assign: the toggles can be assigned too.

• Expression: unplugging the pedal no longer deletes the loop.

Programming your unit:

*Before you start, you’ll need a computer running macOS or Windows, a USB-C cable, and the firmware file (.bin).

Pattern Keeper v1.1.0 Firmware

Get Pattern Keeper ready.

1. Start with the Pattern Keeper unpowered.

2. Press and hold both foot switches.

3. While holding both foot switches, connect the power cable.

4. When the LEDs blink red, release the foot switches. The Pattern Keeper is now ready to receive the update.

Install the update.

1. Connect the Pattern Keeper to your computer with the USB-C cable.

2. The Pattern Keeper will appear on your computer as a removable drive named NATIVEAUDIO.

3. Drag and drop the firmware file (.bin) onto the NATIVEAUDIO drive.

4. When the LEDs turn off, the update is complete. Your Pattern Keeper is ready to use right away.

5. Disconnect the USB-C cable and get playing.

*Tip: It doesn’t matter whether you connect the USB-C cable before or after powering up. Your computer will recognize the Pattern Keeper either way.
